Return window

Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund and cover the appropriate shipping cost.

Refund timing

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are normally nonrefundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.
